As a Terrace Manager, you will be an exceptional team leader and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. Working within a professional team, you will ensure you are fully conversant with the menus/items and presentation accompaniments and be able to make recommendations to our guests. During service, you will take ownership of the guest experience with an emphasis on guest recognition and personalisation to create a memorable experience. You will communicate effectively between your team, the Kitchen brigade and the Food & Beverage management.

Key Requirements

  • Managerial experience in a luxury establishment essential and experience within London is desired.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing bar team in a luxury environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language; a second language would be preferred.
  • Immaculate grooming standards.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring impeccable service standards and presentation.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of menus, spirits and accompaniments to guide guest choices.
  • Confident with various procedures such as performance reviews, recruitment and training.
  • Please note this role requires an element of manual handling.
