We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Private Dining Team at The Lanesborough. Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, on the doorstep of Hyde Park, just a short walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and London’s most exclusive shopping district; Sloane Street and Knightsbridge, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.
As a Private Dining Floor Manager, you will provide an exceptional guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator and take a hands‑on approach to your role. You will have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to upsell and promote and be confident with all facilities offered in the hotel. You will be a team player to ensure that your team creates a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Requirements- Supervisory or managerial experience within Private Dining Operations in a luxury establishment of minimum 2 years is preferred but not essential
- Good wine knowledge is essential
- Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
