Our client, an award-winning Wealth Management firm based in the City of London, is looking to expand their offering to HNW Private Clients. They are looking to attract a professional and proactive Administration and Support professional who will take a hands-on approach to work, acting as the initial point of contact for client queries as well as liaising with product providers. In addition, you will manage and develop the administration and review process to ensure a first-class service is provided to internal and external parties. Your work will cover all aspects of the Wealth Management process.
Responsibilities

- Cover all aspects of the Wealth Management process.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning and Wealth Management process, ideally gained within an IFA practice.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate in-depth understanding of products and processes.
- Highly IT literate with experience of Financial Services systems and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work using your own initiative.
- Progress with professional qualifications is preferred.
