Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and provide a professional welcome to visitors, clients and employees.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries efficiently and appropriately.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared with all required resources.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management and general office administration.
