This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role within a professional and collaborative environment, suited to an EA who is confident supporting at senior level and enjoys being fully embedded in a team.
The role involves providing high-level support to a Managing Director alongside the wider team, managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.
Responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
- Managing expenses (Concur experience would be beneficial)
- Supporting meeting preparation and materials
- Acting as a key point of contact across the team
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
