We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a highly professional and personable Receptionist to join a leading global investment firm, based in stunning offices in Mayfair. This is a 12–15 month fixed-term contract, offering the chance to gain experience within a highly regarded, high-performing environment with exceptional standards and a collaborative, professional culture.

This is a true front-of-house position where you will be the face of the business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and visitors, while supporting the smooth running of daily meetings and office activity.

The role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, delivering a warm, polished, and professional experience
  • Managing a busy reception area and maintaining an immaculate front-of-house environment
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up to a high standard
  • Setting up video conferencing and ensuring meetings run smoothly
  • Liaising with catering suppliers and arranging refreshments for meetings
  • Booking taxis and supporting general logistics for visitors and internal teams
  • Acting as a key point of contact for front-of-house queries
