We’re working with a highly regarded, global financial services firm to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator into their London office. This role sits within a busy HR function, supporting both lateral and early careers hiring across EMEA and APAC. You’ll work closely with the wider HR and Talent Acquisition teams, with a strong focus on coordination, delivery, and candidate experience.

The role will involve:

  • Coordinating interviews across EMEA, including scheduling and managing stakeholder feedback
  • Supporting campus recruitment processes, including assessment centres and interview logistics
  • Arranging travel and logistics for candidates, interviews, and campus events across Europe
  • Assisting with offer processes, including drafting documentation and coordinating approvals
  • Supporting background checks, referencing, and onboarding activity
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records, CV logs, and candidate data
  • Coordinating intern onboarding and training programme logistics
  • Supporting recruitment events and early careers initiatives
  • Processing invoices and managing administrative tasks related to recruitment activity
  • Assisting with wider Talent Acquisition projects and team support
