We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of super-prime residential properties for a UHNW family. The successful candidate will ensure properties are managed, maintained, and presented to the highest standards, providing a seamless experience for family members and guests.

This role requires a discreet, proactive professional who can exercise sound judgement, work independently, and foster productive relationships with staff, advisors, tenants, and external contractors. Candidates should ideally have family office exposure and ideally be immediately available - temp-to-perm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Residential Portfolio Management
    • Support the Property Director in the day-to-day management of a multi-property residential portfolio.
    • Ensure properties are prepared to the highest standard for family and guest use, often at short notice.
    • Coordinate with household staff, contractors, and advisors to deliver exceptional service across all properties.
  • Maintenance Oversight
    • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance requirements.
    • Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring works are completed to specification, on time, and within budget.
    • Research, vet, and manage suppliers and contractors, maintaining clear communication and high standards.
    • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and contractor performance.
  • Compliance & Safety
    • Ensure all properties comply with health & safety, insurance, and landlord obligations.
    • Maintain accurate records for compliance and safety, including fire safety and property documentation.
    • Stay informed on relevant property legislation and ensure the portfolio meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Tenant & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage tenant relationships and tenancy agreements where applicable, including lease negotiations and renewals.
    • Represent the family’s interests with tenants, local stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Reporting & Efficiency
    • Produce regular reports on property performance, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service quality.
    • Oversee utility accounts and supplier contracts, ensuring value for money.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience & Skills
    • Graduate calibre with 5 years’ experience in property management, ideally within a family office, private estate, or UHNW/HNWI environment.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing high-value residential properties and tenants.
    • Knowledge of property systems such as AC, boilers, electrics, lighting, and building controls.
    • Strong organisational, analytical, and reporting skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with senior stakeholders, contractors, and tenants.
