The role will include:

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management
  • Coordinating high-profile internal and external meetings
  • Extensive board and committee support, including preparation and coordination of board papers
  • Managing meeting agendas, actions and follow-ups
  • Organising domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries
  • Acting as a key liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting with presentations, reports and executive documentation
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
