- Overseeing preventative maintenance, refurbishments, and residential enhancement projects
- Coordinating guest stays, entertaining, and private events with discretion and precision
- Managing procurement, inventories, budgets, and operational reporting
- Acting as a trusted liaison with the Principal, Chief of Staff, Family Office, and security teams
- Ensuring the residence operates with calm efficiency, discretion, and seamless attention to detail at all times
Candidate Profile
- Proven senior leadership experience within a recognised five-star hospitality environment, luxury private members’ club, boutique retreat, or ultra-high-end private residence
- Strong understanding of modern luxury service — intuitive, discreet, polished, and personalised
- Experience overseeing complex private residences or luxury hospitality operations
- Naturally hands-on with exceptional operational awareness and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Calm under pressure with excellent judgement and emotional intelligence

- Lead with calm confidence and discretion
- Anticipate needs instinctively
- Uphold impeccable standards across every aspect of the residence
- Create a service culture built around warmth, professionalism, and trust
- Take enormous pride in presentation, detail, and guest experience
