A prestigious global investment management firm is looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support their collaborative in-house talent team. Covering hiring across the EMEA region, this is a fast-paced role focused on high-volume recruitment coordination and stakeholder engagement.

You\’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience from start to finish — from coordinating interviews across multiple time zones to supporting onboarding and acting as a trusted point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies. The role sits within a friendly, high-performing HR team, offering valuable exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

This would suit someone with experience in recruitment coordination within investment banking, asset management, or broader financial services — someone who enjoys working at pace, has strong attention to detail, and builds relationships with ease.

Key responsibilities:

• Scheduling high-volume interviews across multiple global time zones
• Coordinating pre-hire logistics, including screening and onboarding documentation
• Acting as a daily point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies
• Ensuring new joiners are fully prepared ahead of their first day
• Supporting recruitment activity across a range of business areas and levels of seniority
• Over time: managing updates in Workday, generating recruitment reports, and getting involved in more of the recruitment process

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a recruitment coordination or HR support role, ideally within investment management or financial services
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
• A genuine interest in recruitment and talent, with a desire to grow within HR
