What you’ll be doing:
- Meeting and greeting clients, guests and colleagues in a warm and professional manner
- Managing a busy reception area and ensuring a smooth, well-organised visitor journey
- Overseeing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are set up and running smoothly
- Escorting guests to meeting rooms and coordinating refreshments when required
- Supporting the Office Management team with daily tasks and general office operations
- Assisting with internal events, meetings and ad hoc office support
About you:
- Experience as a Receptionist within a corporate or professional services environment
- Confident, personable and comfortable acting as the first point of contact
- Organised and calm, with the ability to manage a busy front desk
