Receptionist

We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a highly professional and personable Receptionist to join a leading global investment firm, based in stunning offices in Mayfair.
This is a 12–15 month fixed-term contract, offering the chance to gain experience within a highly regarded, high-performing environment with exceptional standards and a collaborative, professional culture.
This is a true front-of-house position where you will be the face of the business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and visitors, while supporting the smooth running of daily meetings and office activity.
The role will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, delivering a warm, polished, and professional experience
- Managing a busy reception area and maintaining an immaculate front-of-house environment
- Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up to a high standard
- Setting up video conferencing and ensuring meetings run smoothly
- Liaising with catering suppliers and arranging refreshments for meetings
- Booking taxis and supporting general logistics for visitors and internal teams
- Acting as a key point of contact for front-of-house queries
What they’re looking for:
- Previous Reception or front-of-house experience within a corporate or professional services environment (ideally financial services or similar)
- A confident, engaging, and highly professional communication style
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a high standard of service
