An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly discreet, organised, and emotionally intelligent Private Executive Assistant to support an Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individual and their family. This predominantly private-facing role requires a seasoned EA with a strong background in household management, international travel coordination, philanthropy, and high-level personal support.
You will act as the central point of contact for all aspects of the Principal’s private affairs, requiring superb interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a flexible, proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Private Diary & Appointment Management: Coordinate complex personal schedules for the Principal and family members, including medical, social, and personal appointments across multiple time zones.
- Travel Management: Arrange and oversee private and commercial travel itineraries, including visas, accommodations, and logistics for both the Principal, family, and household staff — often at short notice — with the flexibility to accompany and remain in the United States and Europe for prolonged periods.
- Household & Staff Management: Oversee private household operations and staffing, ensuring properties (primarily in the UK, US, and Europe) run smoothly, staff are well-managed, and standards are consistently upheld.
- Philanthropy & Board Commitments: Support the Principal’s charitable work and board positions by managing meeting schedules, preparing briefing documents, liaising with stakeholders, organising events, and assisting with governance requirements.
- Event & Dinner Planning: Organise and manage private dinners, charity functions, and other high-profile events in both domestic and international settings.
- Art Collection Management: Coordinate the care, insurance, logistics, and global movement of a significant private art collection, liaising with galleries, shippers, and customs specialists as required.
- Pet Care Coordination: The Principal is a devoted dog owner. The EA must be an animal lover, comfortable overseeing pet care arrangements, travel logistics, and vet schedules.
- Project Management: Manage bespoke private projects on behalf of the Principal, ensuring timely delivery and discreet handling of all personal initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Act as a key liaison with a wide range of contacts including lawyers, financial advisors, household staff, philanthropic organisations, and board members.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role supporting UHNW individuals and families
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
- Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage complex, ever-changing schedules
- Flexible and available to travel extensively, including prolonged periods in the United States and Europe
- Experienced in managing private households and international property portfolios
