We are working with a highly respected and fast-paced private equity firm in the West End to find a bright and capable Team PA to support a group of four investment professionals. The role
You’ll be responsible for managing the schedules and travel of four senior professionals whose diaries are frequently shifting and require a high degree of attention and prioritisation. The role is much more than coordination—it needs someone who is sharp, composed and able to anticipate needs, make good judgement calls and connect the dots in a fast-moving landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Extensive international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Inbox support and meeting preparation
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Processing expenses and general administrative support
About you
This role would suit a calm, intelligent and articulate PA who enjoys being fully in the loop and keeping others organised. You’ll need to be a clear communicator who can spot gaps, ask the right questions and pull together the moving parts.
You’ll also need:
