A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team PA to support two senior leaders within a high‑profile organisation in the real estate sector. This is a fast‑paced, varied role where you’ll work closely with Directors and their wider teams, providing first‑class organisational and administrative support.

The Role

  • You’ll be the go‑to person for complex diary management, meeting coordination, stakeholder liaison and high‑quality document preparation.
  • Around 80% of the role focuses on forward‑planning and managing extremely busy schedules, ensuring senior leaders are fully prepared and supported at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries, forward‑planning and resolving clashes
  • Coordinating meetings, events, site tours, agent/broker lunches and travel
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing presentations and documentation for senior leadership meetings
  • Supporting team reporting, dashboards and meeting packs
  • Handling expenses, invoices, supplier forms and general team administration
  • Maintaining accurate records, contacts and filing systems
  • Providing occasional reception cover and supporting junior PA colleagues
  • Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the Leasing and Flex teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
