We are recruiting two roles:
- Executive Assistant – Business Administration
A central support role working across multiple teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll do:
- Manage complex diaries and multi-stakeholder scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, and preparation materials
- Produce presentations and supporting documentation
- Handle correspondence and screen communications
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and accommodation
- Support internal events and firmwide initiatives
- Deliver ad hoc administration, research, and project support
- Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants
- Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA)
A high-trust, high-visibility role providing direct support to senior leadership.
What you’ll do:
- Full ownership of complex diaries and inbox management
- Act as a key gatekeeper and first point of contact
- Prioritise competing demands in a fast-moving environment
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel
- Prepare briefings, agendas, and meeting packs
- Anticipate needs and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Provide both business and occasional personal support
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally a graduate with minimum of two years administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- High level of discretion and professionalism
EA/PA candidates will also demonstrate:
