We are partnering with a highly regarded and fast-growing investment firm to hire a Workplace & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing London office environment. This is a broad and hands-on role combining workplace operations, facilities management, front-of-house oversight and Health & Safety responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the office operates seamlessly whilst delivering an exceptional employee and visitor experience.

The position will suit someone highly organised, operationally focused and proactive, who enjoys taking ownership across multiple areas within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The role will include:

  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment
  • Managing visitor experience, desk allocations and office coordination across the business
  • Supporting onboarding, desk moves and workplace logistics in collaboration with IT and internal teams
  • Acting as a key point of contact for staff enquiries, workplace support and office-related matters
  • Managing office suppliers, grocery and stationery orders, couriers, car services and confidential waste providers
  • Overseeing Front of House operations and managing the FOH team
  • Managing meeting rooms, workplace systems and office space utilisation
  • Leading Health & Safety processes including first aid, fire warden coordination, risk assessments, compliance checks and record keeping
  • Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance alongside building management and external contractors
  • Managing cleaning teams, office standards and workplace presentation across all areas
  • Supporting wider workplace projects, operational improvements and future office initiatives

  • Has strong workplace, facilities or office management experience within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Is highly organised, proactive and operationally focused
  • Has experience managing vendors, suppliers and workplace operations end-to-end
  • Has strong Health & Safety knowledge and experience overseeing compliance processes
