We’re working with a purpose-led organisation operating within the smart energy space to appoint an Operations Co-ordinator to support a key project focused on improving smart metering access across multi-occupancy buildings.

You’ll sit at the centre of the project, coordinating activity, managing stakeholders and ensuring everything is running smoothly day to day.
The role will involve:
- Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of cases within a complex project environment
- Working closely with external partners and suppliers to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed timelines and SLAs
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Supporting planning, scheduling and reporting of project activity
- Gathering, analysing and validating data to support delivery
- Managing queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc project and operational tasks
