We are partnering with a highly regarded investment firm to hire an HR & Executive Coordinator into their London office. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong HR coordination or people operations experience who enjoys operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment whilst maintaining close interaction with senior leadership.
The role is heavily focused across HR coordination, employee lifecycle management and recruitment support, alongside providing Executive Assistant support to the COO. The successful candidate will become a key part of the business and play an integral role in supporting both the people function and day-to-day operations of the wider team.
The role will include:
- Providing Executive Assistant support to the COO including diary management, meeting scheduling and travel coordination
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Supporting recruitment activity including interview scheduling, candidate communication and offer coordination
- Assisting with appraisal cycles, feedback processes and wider HR coordination
- Preparing contracts, maintaining HR records and ensuring accuracy across systems and documentation
- Managing HR-related queries and supporting day-to-day employee coordination
- Acting as a central point of coordination across the team and wider business
- Assisting with wider operational and business support projects as the company continues to grow
