This is a broad HR Generalist role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, employee relations, HR systems, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle
  • Lead onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and high-touch new starter experience

  • Maintain accurate HR records and support HR systems (e.g. Workday)

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Assistant or HR Generalist role
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Discreet and professional with the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
