A well-established London law firm is seeking a FOH/Administrator to support its busy legal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in administration or looking to move into a professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- You’ll provide front‑of‑house and administrative support, including reception duties, meeting room coordination, scanning, copying, filing, opening and closing files, managing archives and completing general office tasks.
- You’ll work closely with solicitors and support teams, ensuring all requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Reception cover and meeting room management.
- Scanning incoming post and distributing to relevant teams.
- Copying, binding, printing and scanning documents.
- Creating, updating and archiving client files.
- Logging documents on the practice management system.
- Processing AML checks for new clients.
- General administrative support as required.
