We’re partnering with a highly regarded investment firm to hire an Executive Assistant & People Operations Coordinator into their London office. This is a unique opportunity for an EA who enjoys being closely involved in the operational and people side of a business, whilst continuing to support at senior leadership level.

The position will support a senior leader directly, alongside playing a key role across people coordination, employee lifecycle processes, recruitment and wider business operations. The role is heavily integrated into the day-to-day running of the team and would suit someone who enjoys variety, ownership and being relied upon across multiple areas of the business.

The role will include:

  • Providing high-level EA support including complex diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
  • Acting as a central point of coordination across the team and wider business
  • Supporting recruitment activity including interview scheduling, candidate communication and offer coordination
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes and ensuring a seamless employee experience
  • Assisting with appraisal and feedback processes across the business
  • Supporting employee relations administration and HR coordination
  • Preparing contracts, maintaining HR records and ensuring accuracy across systems and documentation
  • Managing HR-related queries and supporting day-to-day people operations
  • Assisting with wider operational and business support projects as the company continues to grow
