I am hiring an exceptional Executive Assistant to support 3–4 Directors within a dynamic, high-performing private equity firm. The London office operates as a boutique, highly collaborative team, while the wider business has over 200 employees globally.
This is a fast-paced and highly visible role, suited to someone who thrives in a demanding environment and enjoys being at the centre of operations. The position requires extensive diary and schedule management, international travel coordination, and the ability to manage constantly shifting priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
The London office works closely with US teams and wider global teams across multiple time zones, so there will occasionally be a need to monitor urgent activity or communications outside standard working hours.
Key Responsibilities- Extensive and complex diary management for 3–4 Directors
- Coordinating meetings across UK, US, and global time zones
- Managing heavy scheduling and rapidly changing priorities
- Organising international travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
- Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Supporting urgent global business activity when required
- Assisting with office coordination and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Building strong working relationships across international teams
- Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives within a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally within private equity, finance, investment banking
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
