Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processes across multiple entities, including month-end activities in SAP
- Provide expert support on compensation, benefits, and related tax and National Insurance matters
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, offering clear and professional guidance
- Administer pension contributions and liaise with providers such as Scottish Widows
- Prepare bonus provisions and support year-end PAYE and NI reconciliations
- Submit statutory forms and payments to HMRC, including P11D(b) and PSA calculations
- Participate in annual compensation and benefits surveys
- Prepare and monitor salary and departmental budgets
- Provide monthly headcount reports to the Global Mobility team
- Establish service agreements with subsidiary companies
Candidate Profile
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Experience handling confidential data with discretion
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Proven experience running payrolls; familiarity with Moorepay is a plus
- Solid understanding of UK tax laws and payroll regulations
- Experience managing pensions and benefits schemes
- Skilled in budget preparation and financial analysis
