We are partnering with a prestigious global finance house based in the heart of Mayfair to find an exceptional Receptionist to join their high-performing team. Working from beautifully designed offices, you will be the face of the business, ensuring every client, guest, and internal stakeholder receives a seamless and professional experience from the moment they arrive.
This is a varied front-of-house position combining traditional reception responsibilities with elements of office management and light Executive Assistant support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the office while representing the business to the highest standard.
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Managing a busy reception desk and maintaining an immaculate front-of-house environment
- Setting up video conferencing and supporting smooth meeting operations
- Booking taxis, couriers, and handling visitor logistics
- Assisting with general office management duties and supporting the wider team
- Providing light EA support including diary coordination and ad hoc administrative assistance
- Acting as a key point of contact for all front-of-house and office-related queries
Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience within a corporate, financial services, or professional services environment is required. We are looking for someone who enjoys being client-facing and takes pride in representing a prestigious brand. Excellent benefits package included. Please note this is a fully office-based role, five days per week.
