We are supporting a highly successful family office and business office in the search for a Personal Assistant / Business Support Assistant to join their close-knit team. This is a unique opportunity to work across both the private and business interests of a high-net-worth family, supporting alongside a highly experienced Private PA who has been with the family for many years.

The role offers exceptional variety and would suit a bright, graduate-calibre individual with 1–2 years' experience who is looking to continue developing their career within a high-calibre, fast-paced and highly trusted environment.

The Role

Working closely with the Private PA and wider London team, you will provide support across both the family's private affairs and a small business office of approximately five individuals. This is a varied position where no two days are the same. One day may involve coordinating international travel and preparing presentations for the business office, whilst the next could involve supporting family-related projects, liaising with suppliers or assisting with personal administration.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Travel arrangements and itinerary preparation
  • Preparing presentations, reports and documents
  • Administrative support across the business office
  • Supporting the Private PA with family-related administration and projects
  • Liaising with suppliers, service providers and external contacts
  • Managing correspondence and general coordination tasks
  • Assisting with ad hoc business and personal requests

  • Graduate calibre with approximately 1–2 years' administration, team support or PA experience
  • Bright, proactive and eager to learn

The Environment

This is a highly collaborative and supportive environment where no two days are the same. The successful individual will work closely with an experienced Private PA and gain exposure to both family office and business office operations. The role is based in London and candidates should expect to be in the office approximately 2–3 days per week, with additional office attendance required when business needs dictate. There will also be occasions where support is required from the family's private residence in the West End, particularly when the family are in the UK. Flexibility is important, as the balance between business and private support will vary depending on requirements.
