Receptionist – Hedge Fund Monday - Friday onsite About the Hedge Fund A leading hedge fund based in London is seeking a bright, professional and highly organised individual to join its business administration team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, acting as the face of the firm and providing exceptional front-of-house and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Manage the reception area and provide a professional welcome to visitors, clients and employees. Handle incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries efficiently and appropriately. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared with all required resources. Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management and general office administration. Assist with the organisation of internal and external events, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders as required. Support day-to-day office operations, including ordering office supplies and coordinating with facilities providers. Assist with a range of ad hoc projects and business support activities as required. Candidate Profile Graduate calibre, demonstrated through education, professional experience or equivalent achievements. A minimum of 12 months' experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, administrative or similar client-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional approach. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems and technologies. Professional, discreet and confident when interacting with senior stakeholders, clients and visitors. Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering a first-class service.
