Overview:
Join a dynamic financial services firm as a strategic HRIS Manager, leading the optimisation and management of SAP SuccessFactors across the organisation. This is a critical role for someone passionate about HR technology, data integrity, and streamlining HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business and HR strategies.
- Manage HR system governance, data accuracy, user access, and compliance across all modules.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify process enhancements and support system integrations.
- Deliver training, guidance, and support to users across the business to drive system adoption.
- Analyse system performance and produce dashboards and reports to support HR decision-making.
- Lead vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Own data privacy, security protocols, and best practices in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a HRIS leadership or management role, preferably within financial or professional services.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors—across core modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a collaborative working style.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with data privacy frameworks and system security protocols in regulated environments.
