The successful candidate will ensure properties are managed, maintained, and presented to the highest standards, providing a seamless experience for family members and guests. /p p This role requires a discreet, proactive professional who can exercise sound judgement, work independently, and foster productive relationships with staff, advisors, tenants, and external contractors. Candidates should ideally have family office exposure. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p p strong Residential Portfolio Management /strong /p ul li Support the Property Director in the day-to-day management of a multi-property residential portfolio. /li li Ensure properties are prepared to the highest standard for family and guest use, often at short notice. /li li Coordinate with household staff, contractors, and advisors to deliver exceptional service across all properties. /li /ul p strong Maintenance Oversight /strong /p ul li Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance requirements. /li li Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring works are completed to specification, on time, and within budget. /li li Research, vet, and manage suppliers and contractors, maintaining clear communication and high standards. /li li Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and contractor performance. /li /ul p strong Compliance Safety /strong /p ul li Ensure all properties comply with health safety, insurance, and landlord obligations. /li li Maintain accurate records for compliance and safety, including fire safety and property documentation. /li li Stay informed on relevant property legislation and ensure the portfolio meets all legal and regulatory requirements. /li /ul p strong Tenant Stakeholder Management /strong /p ul li Manage tenant relationships and tenancy agreements where applicable, including lease negotiations and renewals. /li li Represent the family’s interests with tenants, local stakeholders, and service providers. /li /ul p strong Reporting Efficiency /strong /p ul li Produce regular reports on property performance, maintenance, and operational efficiency. /li li Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service quality. /li li Oversee utility accounts and supplier contracts, ensuring value for money. /li /ul p strong Candidate Profile /strong /p p strong Experience Skills /strong /p ul li Graduate calibre with strong 5 years’ experience /strong in property management, ideally within a family office, private estate, or UHNW/HNWI environment. /li li Demonstrated expertise in managing strong high-value residential properties /strong and tenants. /li li Knowledge of property systems such as AC, boilers, electrics, lighting, and building controls. /li li Strong organisational, analytical, and reporting skills. /li li Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with senior stakeholders, contractors, and tenants. /li li Professional, polished, and discreet. /li /ul p strong Personal Attributes /strong /p ul li Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently. /li li Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently. /li li Calm under pressure, adaptable, and meticulous in attention to detail. /li li Trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters with discretion. /li /ul p br /p
