A well-established London law firm is seeking a FOH/Administrator to support its busy legal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in administration or looking to move into a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll provide front‑of‑house and administrative support, including reception duties, meeting room coordination, scanning, copying, filing, opening and closing files, managing archives and completing general office tasks.
  • You’ll work closely with solicitors and support teams, ensuring all requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Reception cover and meeting room management
  • Scanning incoming post and distributing to relevant teams
  • Copying, binding, printing and scanning documents
  • Creating, updating and archiving client files
  • Logging documents on the practice management system
  • Processing AML checks for new clients
  • General administrative support as required
