We’re supporting a well-established professional services firm in Central London with the hire of a Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a hands-on role with real ownership.

You’ll be responsible for the office environment end to end, line-managing a Facilities Assistant and acting as the go-to person for all facilities matters across the business.

The role:

  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the office and facilities
  • Oversight of building management relationships and external vendors
  • Management of facilities suppliers, contracts and service levels
  • Ownership of health
