We are supporting a well-established property business with the appointment of a Facilities Coordinator to join their London office. This role sits within a busy Facilities Management team, providing essential coordination and administrative support across a UK-wide property portfolio. It is a varied position offering exposure to multiple aspects of facilities and property operations within a professional and fast-paced environment. The role will suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple tasks, with an interest in property or facilities.
The role:
- Providing day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Facilities Management team
- Supporting with maintenance schedules, site documentation and compliance records
- Coordinating meetings, travel and team logistics
- Assisting with supplier management, including tracking contracts, insurance and documentation
- Supporting reporting processes, including compiling data and preparing reports
- Assisting with service charge processes, invoice management and purchase orders
- Supporting onboarding of new properties and ensuring systems and records are up to date
- Acting as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external suppliers
The candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office
- An interest in property or facilities management would be beneficial
What’s on offer:
- £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
