We’re working with an asset management and alternative investment firm, currently in an active fundraising cycle, to find a high-performing Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations team. This is a fast-paced and highly involved role where you’ll play a key part in coordinating global investor roadshows, preparing investor materials, and managing multiple complex diaries and international travel. Based full-time in their Victoria office, you’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating international investor roadshows and meetings across time zones
- Preparing high-quality investor packs, presentations, and reports
- Logging investor activity and tracking engagement in CRM systems
- Managing multiple demanding diaries and arranging complex global travel
- Acting as the key liaison point for internal stakeholders and external investors
- Supporting the wider IR team with reporting, event planning, and administration
