The role will include:
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Coordinating high-profile internal and external meetings
- Extensive board and committee support, including preparation and coordination of board papers
- Managing meeting agendas, actions and follow-ups
- Organising domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries
- Acting as a key liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders
- Supporting with presentations, reports and executive documentation
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Supporting wider strategic projects and business initiatives where required
