We are partnering with a highly regarded global private equity firm to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Co-Head of an investment team, together with three direct reports. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced Executive Assistant who is accustomed to supporting senior investment professionals and enjoys operating as a true extension of the executives they support.
You'll build trusted relationships, anticipate priorities before they arise and provide seamless support within a fast-paced, high-performing investment environment. Working alongside an experienced and collaborative Executive Assistant team, you'll support one of the firm's senior investment leaders, requiring sound judgement, exceptional organisation and the confidence to work with a high degree of autonomy.
The Role
- Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Co-Head of an investment team and three direct reports
- Managing highly complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries, visas and logistics
- Organising client meetings, investor meetings, internal meetings and wider team events
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, confidently managing competing priorities and anticipating the needs of senior stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
- Processing expenses and supporting wider administrative requirements
- Working closely with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support across the investment platform
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as required
About You
- Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders at Managing Director, Partner, C-suite or equivalent level
- Previous experience within private equity, investment management, asset management or another fast-paced financial services environment
- Extensive experience managing highly complex diaries, international travel and constantly changing priorities
- Comfortable acting as a true extension of the executives you support, anticipating needs and using your judgement to manage competing demands
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
