We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to support the Head of a Credit Opportunities team and the wider investment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced investment environment. Supporting senior investment professionals, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team's day-to-day activities whilst building strong relationships across the business.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
The Role- Providing Executive Assistant support to the Head of the Credit Opportunities team and wider investment professionals
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries
- Organising internal meetings, conference calls and video meetings
- Planning and coordinating team offsites, events and wider team activities
- Processing expenses using Concur
- Working closely with colleagues across international offices, including the US team
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing wider administrative and team support as required
- Previous Executive Assistant experience within private equity, investment management, banking, professional services or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong experience managing complex diaries and international travel
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach with the ability to manage changing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience using Concur would be advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- £50,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits
- Fixed-term contract through to May 2027
