Executive Assistant – 12-Month FTC

We’re working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading global investment firm on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fast-paced, high-performing environment where your support will be genuinely valued — and where no two days are ever quite the same.
You’ll be supporting a busy team of senior professionals, managing a wide range of responsibilities including complex scheduling, international travel, and acting as a key point of contact. - Extensive diary management across multiple time zones

- Managing expenses and handling general team admin

- Working closely with other EAs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
