Executive Assistant – Private Equity
London | Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 from home) | Bonus, pension, private healthcare
We’re partnering with a leading international investment firm to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior stakeholders within a busy investment team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a fast-paced environment, becoming a trusted right-hand, and getting involved in projects beyond the day-to-day. You’ll join a collaborative, professional group who genuinely value their support team.
Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of operations across scheduling, communication, travel and team coordination, while also supporting wider initiatives and events.
What you’ll be doing
• Complex diary management and international travel
• Expenses, invoices and approval processes
• Coordinating team events and offsites
• Documents, signing and compliance support
• Preparing agendas, packs and reports
• Acting as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders

• Experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within financial or professional services
• Highly organised, detail-focused and calm when priorities shift
• Proactive, solutions-led and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Concur or DocuSign experience is helpful
