Executive Assistant – Executive Search

Victoria, London | £54,000–£58,000 + Bonus + Pension + Private Health Cover

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant from an executive search background to support two Senior Consultants within a highly regarded search firm.

\\n\\n

You’ll act as a trusted right-hand business partner, providing high level support across client management, project coordination, and operational delivery. This role suits a proactive, tech-savvy EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

\\n\\n

• Provide seamless diary and inbox management for the two Senior Consultants

\\n\\n

• Act as a key liaison for clients and candidates throughout the search process

\\n\\n

• Prepare client materials, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism

\\n\\n

• Manage project administration, interview coordination, and database updates across ongoing mandates

\\n\\n

• Organise travel, meetings, and events

\\n\\n

• Proactively streamline administrative processes and implement tech-based efficiencies

\\n\\n

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery

About You

\\n\\n

• Experience within executive search is essential — ideally supporting a Partner or Consultant

\\n\\n

• Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

\\n\\n

• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems

\\n\\n

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

\\n\\n

• Professional, discreet, and commercially aware with a partnership mindset
