Executive Assistant
West End | Hybrid (3 days in the office, increasing to 4 during onboarding) | £55,000–£58,000
We’re working with a highly regarded investment bank to appoint an Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Director and wider team.
This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role within a professional and collaborative environment, suited to an EA who is confident supporting at senior level and enjoys being fully embedded in a team.
The role
You will provide high-level support to a Managing Director alongside the wider team, managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.
Responsibilities include
• Complex diary management across multiple time zones
• Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
• Managing expenses (Concur experience would be beneficial)
• Supporting meeting preparation and materials
• Acting as a key point of contact across the team
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
