Your Role
- You will be both the engine and the anchor for the CEO’s life—ensuring business, personal, and family commitments run effortlessly.
Lifestyle Management & Personal Support (Core Responsibility)
- Coordinate international travel, private residences, family logistics, and personal appointments.
- Manage household staff, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring flawless day-to-day operations.
- Handle sensitive, confidential, and personal matters with absolute discretion.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and ensure the CEO’s life runs smoothly.
Executive & Business Support
- Manage a dynamic and high-priority diary, meetings, and travel schedule.
- Serve as the first point of contact for investors, senior team members, and external stakeholders.
