Executive Assistant to CEO – Fast-Growth Private Equity (London → Dubai)
Are you an experienced EA supporting C-suite executives in London-based private equity, hedge funds, asset management, or venture capital? Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a move to Dubai?
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and meticulous EA to provide true 1:1 support to the CEO of a fast-growing private equity firm. This is a high-stakes, fast-paced role, predominantly business-focused with ad hoc private support, requiring flexibility and on-call availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the CEO’s time meticulously with zero margin for error.
- Oversee inbox management, ensuring all communications are prioritized and responded to appropriately.
- Prepare meeting papers and ensure the CEO is fully briefed.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate travel and itineraries to optimize efficiency.
- Be the primary point of contact for AAA investors, portfolio companies, and senior stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless operations.
- Support ad hoc business and private matters.
Who You Are:
- Proven EA experience (10 years +) supporting C-suite executives in London-based PE, hedge fund, asset management, or VC firms. Evidence required of working this environment
- Mature outlook with exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable under pressure, managing competing priorities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to anticipate the needs of a demanding CEO.
- Based in London and willing to relocate to Dubai.
