Executive Assistant to CEO – Fast-Growth Private Equity (London → Dubai)
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced executive assistant to join a fast-growing private equity firm as the right-hand to the CEO. This role is for a senior EA currently working in a London-based private equity, hedge fund, or venture capital firm, ready to take their career international.
What you’ll do
- Own the CEO’s diary and communications with absolute precision.
- Prepare board packs, briefings, and meeting papers so the CEO is always fully informed.
- Plan and manage complex international travel, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Be the key point of contact for investors, portfolio companies, and senior stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs, resolve challenges proactively, and ensure smooth operations.
- Support ad hoc business and private matters with discretion.
Who you are
- Hold a degree (or have equivalent professional experience)
- Have 10+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant and are open to relocating to Dubai
- Bring at least 5 years’ experience supporting at C-suite level, ideally within Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or Venture Capital (with a strong preference for this sector)
- Consistently anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead of your principal
- Are agile, proactive, and a forward-thinking problem-solver
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, operating with precision, discretion, and resilience
- Fluency in Spanish or German would be advantageous but is not essential
