We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and meticulous EA to provide support to two partners of a fast-growing private equity firm. This is a high-stakes, fast-paced role combining business, private, and operational duties, requiring flexibility, discretion, and the ability to multitask. The role will focus on the London office, with potential for broader operational responsibilities and long-term growth for the right person.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the partners’ diaries and inboxes meticulously, ensuring priorities are managed and deadlines met.
- Coordinate and manage travel and itineraries for the partners.
- Assist with operational tasks, including office management, process improvements, and vendor relationships.
- Support top-line HR functionality, including strategic HR projects.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including portfolio companies, investors, and senior staff.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO’s EA to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the executive team.
- Handle ad hoc business and private tasks, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively.
- Contribute to the operational development of the London office with potential to take on broader responsibilities as the office grows.
Who You Are:
- Graduate with proven EA experience supporting C-suite executives in London-based PE, hedge fund, asset management, or VC firms. Evidence required.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Mature outlook with exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous approach to work.
- Comfortable under pressure, managing competing priorities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to anticipate the needs of demanding executives.

- Highly discreet, understanding that you may be exposed to confidential information and are in a privileged position.
