As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth delivery of hearing‑room and case‑management services. You'll work closely with legal teams, internal technical specialists and operations colleagues to provide a seamless, high‑quality experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the main client contact, advising on hearing‑room logistics, transcription needs, equipment and setup
- Liaising with solicitors, barristers and court teams, troubleshooting issues and gathering feedback
- Developing strong knowledge of the platform to help clients maximise its use
- Coordinating with internal teams across operations, production and technical delivery
- Recording case information accurately and supporting timely billing
What we’re looking for
- Bright, engaging communicator with strong client‑facing skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Confident multitasker with strong time‑management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional services or client‑facing experience is desirable but not essential
