A brilliant opportunity for a warm, personable Receptionist to join a highly regarded private equity firm in the West End. As the face of the business, you’ll be the first point of contact for investors, clients and colleagues, delivering a calm, polished and seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll also work closely with an experienced EA team, giving you great exposure to the wider business and the opportunity to get involved beyond reception.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing a warm, professional front-of-house welcome
- Managing meeting rooms and ensuring the day runs smoothly
- Handling calls and queries with confidence and efficiency
- Coordinating taxis, couriers, deliveries and office supplies
- Supporting the EA team with expenses, documents and ad hoc tasks
- Providing occasional holiday cover for Assistants
