Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Lifestyle Executive Assistant to join a dedicated Lifestyle Team within a Family Office, supporting the Founder of a hedge fund across both personal and business interests. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and wider support team, the successful candidate will help ensure the smooth running of the Founder’s day-to-day commitments. This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Schedule Management: Manage the Founder’s complex personal and business diary, ensuring priorities are aligned. Schedule meetings, calls, and engagements across professional and personal commitments. Proactively identify and resolve diary conflicts, adapting to last-minute changes where required.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and transport. Ensure seamless planning of travel across both business and personal schedules.
- Lifestyle & Personal Support: Provide lifestyle management and personal administrative support to the Founder. Coordinate personal appointments, family commitments, and social engagements. Liaise with household staff, service providers, and external advisors.
- Business Coordination: Support scheduling of business meetings and engagements. Prepare briefing materials and documentation when required. Act as a point of coordination between the Founder and internal or external stakeholders.
- Lifestyle Team & Family Office Support: Work collaboratively as part of the Lifestyle Team supporting the Founder. Provide support to the Chief of Staff with coordination and ad hoc projects. Assist the wider Family Office with administrative and organisational tasks when required. Support the Chief of Staff with coordination and administration relating to property projects, including liaising with advisors, contractors, and service providers.

- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
Key Requirements
- Graduate calibre or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle Assistant.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- High levels of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing complex schedules.
