We are partnering with a highly respected organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support their UK business units. This is a permanent opportunity offering £85,000 and we are keen to speak with candidates who are available immediately or on a short notice period.
This role requires a confident, commercially minded HR professional who can operate credibly with senior stakeholders and balance both strategic and operational delivery. The role will involve:
- Delivering a credible, business-aligned HR partnering service
- Leading on complex Employee Relations matters and providing UK employment law guidance
- Partnering with leaders to embed performance management and talent development frameworks
- Supporting organisational change, people strategy and culture initiatives
- Overseeing UK payroll in partnership with an outsourced provider
- Supporting reward processes including salary reviews and bonus cycles
- Providing meaningful HR reporting and people analytics
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements
We are looking for:
- Strong UK employment law and ER expertise
- Experience overseeing payroll (outsourced model preferred)
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong influencing skills
