We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Lifestyle Executive Assistant to join a dedicated Lifestyle Team within a Family Office, supporting the Founder of a hedge fund across both personal and business interests.
Working closely with the Chief of Staff and wider support team, the successful candidate will help ensure the smooth running of the Founder’s day-to-day commitments.
Travel & Logistics- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and transport.
- Ensure seamless planning of travel across both business and personal schedules.
- Provide support to the Chief of Staff with coordination and ad hoc projects.
- Assist the wider Family Office with administrative and organisational tasks when required.
- Support the Chief of Staff with coordination and administration relating to property projects, including liaising with advisors, contractors, and service providers.
Graduate calibre or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle Assistant. Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours when required.
