We’re working with a highly regarded, global financial services firm to appoint a Campus Recruiter to support their early careers hiring across London. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of graduate and internship hiring within a high-performing environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining strong exposure across the business.
The role
You will lead the full campus recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers and building relationships with universities and candidates, while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end graduate and internship recruitment process
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Coordinating assessment centres, interviews and selection processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with key universities
- Representing the firm at campus events and careers fairs
- Enhancing candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
- Supporting wider early careers programmes and projects
